Compare & Sychronize Schemas in two Distant and Disconnected 11g Databases

Hi,

    I am still an Oracle Novice after all of these years and would appreciate thoughts and suggestions. First, versions, 2 Oracle databases 11.2.?, but exact same versions. Database A is a production database. Last May I was told to move database A to a distant location (in a new datacenter) as the application was moving. Since May, the move was not pushed and database A has remained as Production. Database B (at the remote datacenter) is now nearly a year old and the push is now on to make B the Production database. So, I can only move data
