[ARM \ FCM] Recognizing ROI

Was recently asked, "How did you recognize ROI with the FCM and ARM products?"  Our processes were soo bad that we never bothered to do an actual "ROI" since we knew right from the start that ARM and FCM would be a huge improvement day 1.  However we never quantified that, how do you quantify warm fuzzes? 
So my question to you all - have you done a ROI and if you can share some of your data, that would be awesome!  Not sure if Oracle has anything already or not that they could share?
