Min-Max Planning does not consider sales order demand

We use min-max pkanning at subinventory level. There are some sales orders with status Awaiting Shipping that are not being considered as demand on the min-max planning report. They are visible on the item supply/demand window. See attached screenshots and output of min-max planning report. What could be causing this issue?
