Siebel 8.1. x and 8.2.x and mandatory Emai Response manual UI changes as per FR # 12-1RB07UI ( Doc I

All,

as Siebel support have seen quite a few SRs on this lately , please note that -

1. Only customers running Siebel 8.1.1.10 and Siebel   8.2.2.3. do NOT need to manually apply UI changes in regards to Email Response functionality , as they will be part of Siebel standard repository in these fix packs.

2. But any customers running Siebel releases before 8.1.1.10 and 8.2.2.3  MUST manually apply this fix which consists of multiple steps - all the steps must be completed - you can NOT partially apply these changes as you will experience issues with Email Response functionality.

Example: if your Siebel release is 8.1.1.7 or 8.2.2.1 and you run eMail Response functionality you MUST apply those changes manually.
