How to enable refresh print and download link in reports???

Hi
Just wanted to know how can we enable refresh print and download link in reports as some of my reports are showing and some are not.I have checked the role management privileges in which the manage analytics scheckbox is checked.Still i am not able to enable refresh print and download link in all reports..
