Request Set Not performing the required action

 Hi,

in order management for custom pick-release we have a request set with two concurrent programms

program a is for doing the custom pick release using oracle standard api

program b is for checking the RELEASED_STATUS 'B'  and for some validations after doing pick-release

let me explain the problem which i am facing now

when i submitted the request set

the first stage is PROGRAM A will fires

and it automatically submits the (Pick Selection List Generation) request with different request id for number of deliveriy id which i passed 

if i pass 20 deliveries the program a will submits the the (Pick Selection List Generation) for 20 times
