Can I use Oracle Linux 5 For Production Environment?

Dear Community,

In Kenya there is a big retailer comapny called "Nakumatt Holding Ltd", they have more then 40 retailer shops in Kenya.

we are using HP-UX for production environment, but HP-UX servers are End of Life, So that is the reason we want to migrate our environment.

So any one can suggest me, if i will use Sun x86 server with Oracle Linux 5, is it ok for my environment??

Basically my question X86 server is ok for production environment. Plese help me.
