How to fail and skip a running job using ADCTRL

 Hi,

I need to fail and skip a running job. So i tried using ADCTRL with option  4. " Tell manager that a worker failed its job" and gave the worker no. to fail, then the job fails and got deferred and assigned to the same worker.

Kindly help to overcome this issue..
