Switchover error ORA-16597

hello ,
When try to switch primary to Sdandby Database, i get this error: ORA-16597
Evy body say contact Oracle Suport but I'am sure someone can help.

OS; Oracle Linux 6
Database : Grid Infrastructure Standalone with Oracle 11.2.0.3 Database

need Help.
