Oracle R12 Fixed asset budget book

Hi ,My corp book displays  current fiscal year as 2012, however, the budget book that i have assigned to this corp book displays current fiscal year 2011.
. I have manually tried to change current fiscal year to 2011 in budget book using examine option.
 however i want to know  the standard way ofchanging current fiscal year in budget book.

Please help
