11.2.0.3 Clusterware upgrade using cloning

Hi All,
Could anyone of you please share any document to upgrade clusterware using cloning. I have successfully upgraded using cloning from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3, however nine out ten times it failed. So not sure if i'm following right steps

It's failing while running  config.sh
