EBS generating trace files. How to detect who has on the tracing ?

Hi,
There are trace files generated on our 11.2.0.3 db. We have just upgraded our EBS db from 9.2.0.8 to 11.2.0.3.
How to check who has on the tracing? Is there any sql or from the EBS screen that can show who has on the tracing?
