Budget Inquiry Funds Amount not showing Exact Figure

 Hello  All,

                 1.  I have created a Budget for a Ledger. when i pass a Journal for that particular account in a Budget in General Ledger, then when i check Inquiry-Funds, it is showing full Amount. As per Budget, Funds Available should deduct  journal amount & show us remaining amount for that period. In this case it is not showing full amount as funds available. 

                 2. when i try to Raise Invoice in Payables w.r.t to  account specified in Budget, then when i try to validate invoice, it is on Hold. when i check Hold reason= 'Encumbrance Accounting failed' .

                      Please try to find me a appropriate solution for this issues of mine.
