How we can create payment terms as 45 days end of month

We want sto create payment terms as How we can create payment terms as 45 days end of month.

Example : Invocie date is 18 Feb,2013 so my due date will be 10 days of FEB, 31 Days of March, 04 days of April and my due date will be show as end of Month i.e 30th April 2013. How I create this payment term.
