Cancel PO but forget to return the item to supplier

 Hi all,

     I have an urgent case as below 

1.Once the customer cancel purchase order 

2. The customer just found that they forgot to return one line of this purchase order (and the customer finish in the  deliver step)

3. How can the customer auto create the purchase order by using the same purchase requisition 

Please kindly advise.
