Regarding Party ID Generation

 Hi,
Need clarification on the below queries..

1) How is a party id getting generated when a new employee is created in HRMS. 

2) I created a person 'A' in one business group. 

Now am providing similar details and created other person in different business group.. 

I got both the employee having same party id in HZ_PARTIES table..

Could you please clarify , how the same as happened..
