Patch 11699958 : Forms failing in Italian language

After installing patch#11699958 forms gave error (see below)

Patch# 11699958 (US,ESA,ITALY) applied in EBU1.

Following forms gave error and unable to generate them manually also.
ap forms/I APXPMTCH.fmx
ap forms/I APXRMTCH.fmx
ap forms/I APXRICAD.fmx
ap forms/I APXIISIM.fmx
ap forms/I APXINWKB.fmx
zx forms/I ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmx
zx forms/I ZXTRXSIM.fmx

It seems there are no issues with ESA and US versions.
