Return performed with out locator

 Hi,

A debit return was performed in the MAR ORG from the subinventory RAW (No Locator), It should have been taken from Location BLK25A. The lot number is 136697. Need to transfer 100 pieces from BLK25A to the Raw No locator to clear up the negative 100.

Return to vendor transaction was performed in the MAR ORG from the subinventory RAW (No Locator).

Only one transaction is there with out locator that is with the purchase order "404020". 

Purchase order "404020" receipted with the receipt number "66653" with the subinventory RAW, locator RCT with lot numbers "136697" and "136698".

When I am trying to return the receipt "65478" (against the purchase order "404020")in test instance locator feild is mandatory.
