Can we disable Markup Tab?

Hello,

We are developing our own AutoVue Integration.

While going ahead got one query regarding disabling markup tab.

Can we disable markup tab for particular user login?

Please find below snapshot.

If there is scenario like User1 does not have rights to create markup.

If Markup tab is enable, he may go and try to create markup, then he will get an error message, Instead of showing error message,

can we disable markup tab itself?
