Reverse key indexes on oracle database 11.2.O.3 RAC

Dear Team,Could you please help us on below sections?
Review columns on non-reverse key indexes
1.How to check and confirm ,the index to be a normal index or  Reverse key index?
2.How to rebuild normal index to reverse key index?
Please help me on section-1,I have  many normal indexes,due to this facing Index contention and slow INSERT operation.So we are planning to change some indexes to reverse key index, Could you please help to find reverse key index?
