Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Null amount capture in IBY

Hi All,

Amount for some receipt is capuring as NULL in iby_trxn_summaries_all but amount is present in ar_cash_receipts_all for credit card payment in 11i.

Kindly suggest possible reason for NULL amount capture.
