Book of Business, account team,groups, role, and acess level

Hello All,

I am trying to allow and limit visibility to account records and I seem to be making a mess of it.  Can someone tell me in regard to limiting and allow record visibility.  What supersedes what?

For Example:

Does BoB supersede account team that supersedes role that supersedes  access profile???

I read a podcast that stated----

That’s an important point when it comes to troubleshooting. If a user isn’t seeing something they should, or is seeing something they shouldn’t, you need to consider that discrete record and the lens the user sees it through. It’s handy to remember that the most “liberal” controls win.
