Aggregating transactions for salesreps with >1 salesrep_id??

Issue is that we have employees and agents with >1 SALESREP_ID, due to revenue reporting requirements. The reps are in a tiered plan and all transactions must be aggregated to determine level of achievement (rate table result) and therefore commission payable. ITD functions appear to aggregate by salesrep_id.
Any thoughts on how to aggregate these transactions?
