WebCenter Portal error

A user, trying to access Administration tab, getting the following error:
An unknown error occurred during data streaming.
Ask your System Administrator to inspect the server-side logs.

I inspected the WC Portal logs but no significant error messiages from the time the user saw this error.
My env was upgraded from 11.1.0.4 to 11.1.0.6 over the weekend.  I don't think this is caused by the upgrade as users tested the application after the upgrade.
Any help or direction is appreciated!
