Error when calling an APEX application from EBS 12.1.3+ (Navigator Form)

 Hi, 

I follow the Metalink document note to extend the Oracle E-Business Suite using Apex [ID 1306563.1].

When the Apex Application function is invoked from the "Oracle Applications Home Page" (Browser), the application runs ok.

When the Apex Application is invoked from the "Navigator form" it gives the following error:

Error ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application (). Expecting p_company or wwv_flow_company cookie to contain security group id of application owner. OK

"

Any idea how to fix this?
