ORACLE DATABASE APPLIANCE 2.5.0.0.0 VIRTUALIZED OS ISO IMAGE install error

This issue is for the ORACLE DATABASE APPLIANCE 2.5.0.0.0 VIRTUALIZED OS ISO IMAGE. An error occurs for this when the "/opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakcli configure firsnet" command is executed. The scripts is /opt/oracle/oak/tools/config_firstnet.py. Based on my research this error is occurring because the command cannot be executed on node 2 of the ODA. The exact error is:

can't open file '/opt/oracle/oak/tools/config_firsnet.py' : [Errno 2] No such file or directory
ERROR: unable to run configure first net script on node 192.168.16.25.

Have any of you seen this error?  What is the workaround if any?
