Service Contracts Order Capture Integration concurrent program

If the Service Contracts Order Capture Integration concurrent program is not running for multiple days, how many days back will it capture?    This program was not running for a couple of months and our Service Warranties were not written to Install Base.   When the program did run, it only picked up two days of data.     This happened again last month and was identified four days later.     The OM lines are closed but the contracts did not get created.    When it was restarted, it again onlly picked up the previous 48 hours of orders.    Is this normal?
