how to change the TARGET=OFFLINE in RAC

Hi

I want to change the resorce target=OFFLINE since i am getting the alerts . If i change the TARGET=OFFLINE  i will not get these alerts

please suggest me how to make it offline

kasarla01[+ASM2]_grid> crsctl status resource ora.ons
NAME=ora.ons
TYPE=ora.ons.type
TARGET=ONLINE              , ONLINE
STATE=OFFLINE on kasarla01, OFFLINE on kasarla02
