Siebel Mobile Application Deployment

Hi,
We know that Siebel module for mobile devices (for example iPad) should be enabled accordingly to Siebel_Open_UI_Best_Practices_-_Deployment_Guide_v1.34h.pdf what was released at February 18.
We also know that to deploy this module it is very critical to set configuration parameter MobileApplication=TRUE for Object Manager. And in Deployment Guide there isn't mentioned anything about parameter MobileApplication=TRUE
What we would to know does anyone had been successfully deployed this Siebel module for mobile devices accordingly to Siebel_Open_UI_Best_Practices_-_Deployment_Guide_v1.34h.pdf?
