PAY: International Payroll Setup and payroll archive process to Generate online Payslip

Hi All,
client is using oracle 11 R  11.5.10.2  (country : Botswana)
setup an international payroll and they have custom process to generate bank transfer program
and they are not using the standard pay advice to complete the payroll process

Like 

the following

Payroll Run     (standard)

Pre Payments  (Standard)

Custom Program to Bank Transfer

and  payroll archive process is not run so far

Tell me will this work for 

self service  Online payslip Generation as SSHR being implemented


any other solution before going for  suggestion from ORACLE Support
