Hi All,

I am trying to create an Activity Report with a Pivot that shows # of acitivites for a user by account.

I can set up the pivot fine but I want to make it so that you can click on an Activity value and call up the subject and Description of that activity..

I thought you had to do this via the Custom Text Format. I tried this function below but it does not seem to work. Can anyone tell me where i am going wrong.
