opatch error

Go to the 11.1.0.7 Oracle home/inventory/oneoffs/7708501 directory. Run "opatch rollback -id 7708501" to roll back 7708501. Go to the 11.1.0.7 Oracle home/inventory/oneoffs/7580744 directory. Run "opatch rollback -id 7580744" to roll back 7580744.
I rollback above mentioned patches form Oracle EBS 12.1.1 Database (11.1.0.7)
Then while applying Oracle Database Patch 8639653.

Following error appear
Backing up files and inventory (not for auto-rollback) for the Oracle Home
Backing up files affected by the patch '8639653' for restore. This might take a                       while...
Backing up files affected by the patch '8639653' for rollback. This might take a                       while...

Patching component oracle.rdbms, 11.1.0.7.0...
Updating archive file "/home/mnt/db/db/tech_st/11.1.0/lib/libserver11.a"  with "                      lib/libserver11.a/psdmsc.o"
