Create account error in newly created asset book

Hi

I have defined a new asset book and run create accounting for the first time in that asset book

following error shows when selecting the book

APP-FND-008 (Screens attached).

and then i have run create accounting for that book and create accounting log shows following error:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.batch_accounting. ERROR: Subledger Accounting Options are not defined for this ledger and application.Please run Update Subledger Accounting Options program for your application.

Note: I was unable to find out a process called 'Update Subledger Accounting Options program'

what could be the possible reason for this, Please assist.
