Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Product:Financials for India (JAI)

Pre-requisite: This patch has a dependency of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Release Update Pack (9239090) and has to be applied only after applying the 
mentioned pre-requisites  + 12803250:R12.AP.B

I believe order should be

9239090
12803250
and then 14393000

Can we merge 12803250 & 14393000 ?
