Dependents eligibility is not working

Hi All,

I have configured a dependent eligibility profile and attatched it to Program Enrolllment requirement >> Dependent Coverage>> Eligibility Profile

When  I process death of spouse life event. I am still able to see spouse's coverage and through date is not getting populated while i enroll into EE+Sp option.

What could be the issue. I am stuck. Please help
