Oracle Home Name on 8.1.1.8 patch installation screen is empty

 I am trying to install Siebel 8.1.1.8 on a Siebel server where 8.1.1.7 is working. A screen prompts for a New Installation or Existing Installation, but the Oracle Home Name is empty and the field is read-only.
If I click next, I get an error that says "No Existing Installation Available for Patching". 

Is there a way to set the Oracle Home Name?
