Error when accessing isupport home page (ibuhpage.jsp)

Hi,

When opening the ibuhpage we are getting the following error - 
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.apps.jtf.admin.adminconsole.MenuLocation.freshSearch(Ljava/lang/String;IILjava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/Boolean;)Loracle/apps/jtf/admin/adminconsole/MenuLocation;

After applying patch 13007587:R12.IBUA, entitled, 12.0.6 IBU R12: CONSOLIDATION PATCH then bounced the middle tire and database, after that we are facing this issue.
