I do not have much experience with patching OEM.  Where is the MOS entry point for finding out what patches are available and how to apply them?   Is there a bundled patch that handles the db, weblogic, and agent or do I have to go fishing for all the products?  For example, I consider 783141.1 my starting place when looking at the db quarterly patches.  Is there such a thing in the OEM world?  Do I apply CPUJan2013 to the repository and then go hunting for weblogic patches?  What's the best place to start for 12c?
