Manage Approvals - iProcurement

Hi,

I' am not able to find one employee under manage approvals.

1. Login iprocurement
2. Create requisition and checkout
3. on Manage Approvals Page search for an approver 'ABC' using lookahead LOV
4. see no results displayed for this user'ABC'

I' am able to see other emloyees, The employee ABC is setup correctly not sure what is missing.
