EBS R12: Oracle Application Manager - All Self Service page Display format and images not shoiwng an

We are on AIX 6.1, Oracle Database 11.2.0.3, Oracle EBS 12.1.3--------------------------------------------------------------------------
For all Self Service Application, under Oracle Application Manager , like - Workflow, License Manager, Patching and Utilities and others.
We are not seeing proper page formatting.
Text seems to be larger and overlapping on the Blue Borders.
No Home or Menu button Seen.

Have Attached the screenshot of the same which shows much clearer view on the issue.
