Cost Management - SLA - Event Class - Intraorg Transfers

Hi, Under the event class intraorg transfers we use the following event types Sub Invventory Transfers, Move Over and Cycle Count Transfers.  since these takes place within the same org., the net effecting on accounting is zero.  We are planning to dispense with creating accounting for the event types by modify SLA setup.  Looking for feedback from the members are there any pitfalls/issues to this or any caveats if it has been implemented by any client.
