Tax - Exemption is not getting calculated

Hi Folks,

I am trying to exempt a customer from Tax. As per Metalink note id: 750064.1, we can create Tax Exemptions at two levels:

1) Through the party tax profile form in the Tax Managers responsibility  --- Created Exemption and working as per functionality

2) Via the Customers form at the Bill-To parties Party record (not party site) or the ship-to party site level  --- Created Exemotion but Exemption is not getting  applied

I created Tax Exemption at Customer i.e Customer --> Account --> Site--> Tax Profile. But the Tax Exemption is not getting applied.

Is that the right navigation where Tax Exemption have to be created at Cutomer level?
