VISA file account number encrypted

We are having issues with our Visa transaction report – 26.  The account number is coming through as encrypted and VISA has not been any help.  Someone mentioned that Peoplesoft provides a direct feed that handles the encrypted account number.  Is anyone familiar with this or have you experienced problems over the last month with your VISA data.  When we run PO_CCPCRDSTG everything kicks out to error because the account numbers don't match.
