Item Deletion Errors

Several organization items were deleted, but caused wf errors with the below information.  Does anyone know what that means or what the impact is?  From what I can tell, the item deletions were successful.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Event Error Message: 3142: Process 'SYNCITEM/DG18-FEB-2013 08:46:50' has no activities waiting to receive event 'oracle.apps.bom.item.itemMarkedForDelete'.
