Test Configuration from Home Page Bug

I would like to use the Test Configuration function from the home page so users can test models without getting into OCD or putting in an Order or quote etc.  I used this all the time in version 11 with no issues.  However I'm now in the latest version of 12 and find that it only works once, then you have to log out of Oracle and back in to use again.  Anybody seen this before?  Navigate->Oracle Configuration Developer or Admin -> Test Configuration.   
  Enter Header ID and Rev of Known good Model tested in OCD
  Test config  (all is well)
