Hi All,

We are running Grid Control Version 10g which 'looks after' various Oracle Ver 9.2.0 (on HPUX)  and 10.2.0.3  (on Windows) databases and application servers.

On our live database running on Windows we go to Targets->Databases-><Databased Instance>->Performance, we then have to login to the database <system/password (as 'normal)'>

then when we click on the Performance Tab we get the usual  HOSTS, AVERAGE ACTIVE SESSIONS, INSTANCE I/O graphs BUT there is no data, ie a message

'no data is currently available' apppears.  Sometimes when we change the refresh rate/historical etc it errors with the following message:

Howdy, Stranger!
