Is there a provision to provide a link to Organization policy documents on expense entry pages?

As you would apprecaite, it is important for employees to understand various policies related to expense reimbursement. Looking for ways to provide links to these policies while employees submit the expenses. Is this feature available in 9.1 or upcoming 9.2?
