Enterprise Manager Patch Recommendations Not Updating

 I am looking to see if I am alone in my scenario:
I have applied the January CPU for Oracle Database 11.2.0.2 to my Oracle Homes and corresponding databases.  Prior to this all 4 servers were listed as needing patched in my 12c Cloud Control Patch Recommendations section.  After patching, only 2 of the servers are showing that they were patched and I have numerous recommendations listed that are not valid.  The job that is supposed to update this (REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB) is succeeding on a daily basis.  I have also verified the patch was applied by using the opatch lsinventory command and that the agents on the 2 problematic servers are uploading data properly.
