Mass updating of ex-employees effective end dates

Hi,

I am trying to delete a certain set of payrolls which has a large number EX_EMPLOYESS(only) with Effective-end-dates as 31-12-4712- attached to them.

Is that possible to mass update the Effective-end-dates for these ex-employees?.So that I can delete these payrolls.
