hi ,
we have to apply patch no :10281212
as per the pre req we have to run
Instructions For Applying This Patch  Execute the following command to generate your instance specific installation
instructions

Source the Applications environment file
Run the Patch Application Assistant by entering "admsi.pl".

My question is can we apply the patch using AD Patch and without executing admsi.pl


We will appriciate faster response .
